Delivery & Shipping Information
Our webshop currently serves customers in Denmark and Finland, and we deliver exclusively to these two countries at this time. We are continuously working to expand our shipping options and look forward to offering delivery to more countries in the near future. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you’d like more information.
In Denmark and Finland, we deliver safely and efficiently with PostNord, allowing you to conveniently collect your parcel from your nearest pickup point. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, and delivery normally takes an additional 3–4 days depending on your location. The total delivery time is usually 5–8 business days
Shipping Costs
Free shipping: on orders over 499 DKK / 79 EUR
Standard delivery to a service point: 49 DKK / 7 EUR
Home delivery: 199 DKK / 29 EUR
For orders weighing more than 20 kg, an additional home delivery fee of 99 DKK / 9 EUR will apply.
Track Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply follow the link to track your parcel. You can also use the tracking number provided in the email to search manually via PostNord’s website or app.
What if your delivery is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days, we recommend that you first contact PostNord for assistance. Of course, you’re always welcome to reach out to our customer service team – we’re happy to help you further!
